2. What data we process and why

Order fulfilment: name, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number and order details. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: for the period required by accounting legislation.

Newsletter and water care tips: e-mail address, name and any pool details provided voluntarily (type, brand, capacity). Legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in each e-mail.

Reorder reminders: a due date calculated from the pool details provided when ordering. Legal basis: consent.

Help e-mail after your purchase: about 10 days after your order has been fulfilled, we write to you once about using the product you bought (dosing, water care) and offer to help by reply if you have any questions. The e-mail contains no advertising and no request for a review. Data processed: name, e-mail address, the product purchased and the date of purchase. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping you use the purchased product correctly (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: we record no separate data and use the order data; if you reply, the correspondence is kept for 1 year from the closing of the matter. Objection: if you do not want such e-mails, write to info@spatrend.hu or reply to the e-mail with the word "unsubscribe"; we will then send no more and will remember your decision.

Request for feedback after your purchase: if you separately ticked at checkout that we may ask you once by e-mail about your experience after the purchase, we write to you once and ask you, if you wish, to share your opinion (for example in a Google review). We give nothing in return for a review, and every consenting customer receives the e-mail, regardless of their experience. Data processed: name, e-mail address, date of purchase, the fact and time of consent. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; Section 6(1) of the Hungarian Advertising Act, Grt.). Consent is voluntary, the purchase does not depend on it, and it can be withdrawn at any time at info@spatrend.hu or by replying "unsubscribe" to the e-mail; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Retention: until the e-mail is sent or until withdrawal; the fact and time of consent are kept for 5 years after sending to demonstrate lawfulness. A review published on Google is handled by Google under its own privacy terms.

Purchase and advertising measurement: if you have accepted the measurement and advertising cookies, we store with your order where you came from (af_attr) and pass the fact and value of the purchase and the order number to Google: to Google Analytics (from your browser or, if that did not happen, from our server) and to Google Ads together with the ad click identifier. We do not pass on your name, e-mail address or postal address. Purpose: to measure which of our ads lead to purchases and to spend the advertising budget accordingly. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Retention: the source data on the order is deleted 180 days after payment; at Google, according to Google's own retention settings (GA4: 14 months). Without consent, no source or purchase data is sent to Google.

3. Recipients

Payments are processed by Stripe and deliveries are carried out by a courier service; they receive only the data necessary to perform their respective tasks. The data are stored within the European Economic Area.

Google: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd., as processor) and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd., as an independent controller for conversion measurement, under Google's advertising data processing terms) receive the consent-based measurement data described above. The data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; this is safeguarded by the adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Google's standard contractual terms. E-mails are sent via the service of Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace).

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may withdraw your consent. Requests are received at the e-mail address below and answered within one month at the latest.

Complaints may be lodged with the data protection supervisory authority of the consumer's country of residence; in Hungary this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu).

5. Cookies

Cookies and local storage necessary for the webshop to work (cart, language and country selection, recognising a returning subscriber, remembering your cookie choice: af_consent_v2) work without consent. Legal basis: storage strictly necessary to provide the service (Section 155(4) of the Hungarian Electronic Communications Act, Eht.).

Measurement and advertising cookies are placed on your device ONLY if you click "Accept" in the cookie bar; if you choose "Essential only", none of them are. You can change your decision at any time in the cookie settings in the footer; on withdrawal we delete the source data (af_attr).

Google Analytics 4 (traffic measurement): _ga, _ga_<ID>, up to 400 days. Google Ads (measuring the effectiveness of ads): _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, 90 days; Google also sets cookies on its own domains (google.com, doubleclick.net), for example GCL_AW_P (90 days) and IDE (390 days). Source data (af_attr, local storage): which campaign, ad or page you came from (campaign parameters, Google click identifier, referring domain, time of arrival), for up to 30 days; on purchase it is added to the order and then deleted from the browser.

Legal basis: your consent (Section 155(4) Eht.; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
